Outdoor Parties With an Attached Cover
A fitted rain and sun cover extends over the bouncing area, helping to provide shade on brighter days and some protection during passing light showers. It is a useful feature for parties planned around Britain’s changeable weather, although it does not make the castle appropriate for unsafe wind or heavy rain.
During a light shower, the inflatable should normally remain running so water can drain away instead of collecting inside the deflated material. Once the rain has passed, wipe down the entrance and bouncing surface with an old towel. Children should not return until the supervisor is satisfied that the castle is suitable for use.
Protect electrical connections using suitable waterproof coverings and stop use immediately if weather conditions become unsafe. Our FAQs provide further guidance about rain, wind and cancellations.

The castle has been recently inspected and safety approved. On the event day, our experienced team will install and secure it, perform the required checks and explain the operating instructions to the responsible adult.
Allow the Full 18ft x 14ft Setup Area
The required space is larger than the inflatable’s dimensions because the installation also needs room for safety mats, anchoring points and the blower. Measure only the clear, usable part of the garden or venue, leaving out flower beds, furniture, paths, trees and other permanent obstacles.
The surface must be clean and suitable for the proposed anchoring method. Please remove rubbish, sharp items, toys and animal mess before our arrival. Stakes are used where the surface allows; alternative arrangements depend on the location and must be agreed in advance.
Indoor Red & Yellow Castle Hire
With sufficient room, this model can also be installed inside a suitable hall. The available floor must accommodate the complete 18ft x 14ft operating area, while the ceiling must comfortably clear the castle’s 11ft height.
Measure to the lowest point, including beams, lights and hanging decorations. If our team arrives and the castle cannot be erected because the ceiling height was not checked, the hire cost will still be payable. Electricity Within 50 Metres
The blower connects to a standard electric plug socket. We bring extension cables where required, but these can only be used when the cable route is no longer than 50 metres.
