3. Will Your Unicorn Castle Fit Properly?

An 11ft by 15ft footprint does not represent the complete installation area. Extra clearance is required for the blower, anchoring points, safety mats and access. Measure the clear space between fixed obstructions rather than relying on the garden’s boundary measurements.

Outdoor setup areas should be level and cleared of furniture, toys, branches, washing lines, sharp objects and animal mess. The delivery route also matters. Please check gates, paths, doorways and steps before booking.

For an indoor party, confirm the usable floor dimensions and lowest ceiling height. Beams, lighting, decorations, stages and fixed furniture may reduce the available space. Fire exits and access routes must remain unobstructed.

4. What Else Will Happen During the Unicorn Party?

A bouncy castle does not need to occupy every minute of the event. Alternating active play with food, cake and quieter entertainment gives children natural rest periods and prevents the celebration from feeling overfilled.

5. How Will the Unicorn Castle Be Delivered and Set Up?

After you book online, our team plans the delivery using the event information supplied on your form. Please include the party start time and accurate venue details. Payment is made in cash to the driver when the equipment arrives rather than online.

On the day, M&C Bouncy Castle Hire will erect, secure and inspect the castle before explaining the operating instructions to the responsible adult. When the event is finished, we return to deflate and collect the equipment.

A normal electrical socket is usually required for the blower. Events taking place away from mains power may need the Diesel Generator – 6kva or Petrol Blowers, which should be reserved with the castle.

Supervising a Unicorn Bouncy Castle

A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable continuously and make sure the delivery team’s instructions are followed. Shoes must be removed, user numbers must remain within the stated limit and children should take regular breaks.
