Think Beyond the Advertised 10ft x 12ft
The product dimensions describe the inflatable, not the entire installation. Extra clearance will be needed for its entrance, safety mats, blower and anchoring equipment. Do not purchase decorations or arrange tables around an exact 10ft x 12ft rectangle and assume nothing else is required.
A suitable setup position should be:
- Reasonably level
- Free from loose or sharp stones
- Cleared of furniture, toys and rubbish
- Accessible from the delivery vehicle
- Away from branches, fences and other obstructions
We need the correct surface information when you book. Depending on the approved installation area, the castle may be secured with stakes or sandbags.
What Is Supplied?

Our team installs the castle, secures it and completes the safety checks before use. Once the equipment has been handed over, a responsible adult must supervise the children continuously.
One Socket, One Distance to Check
The electric blower will ordinarily connect to a socket inside the house, garage or venue. We bring an extension cable where necessary, provided the complete route is no more than 50 metres.
When mains power is unavailable or too far from the castle, add the Petrol Blowers or Diesel Generator – 6kva to the booking. Alternative equipment must be arranged in advance rather than requested after the delivery team has arrived.
A Useful Indoor Party Option
Because this model is smaller than its 12ft x 14ft counterpart, it may open up more possibilities for hall hire. However, “small castle” does not automatically mean “fits indoors”. The room still needs clearance around the inflatable and sufficient height beneath its lowest fixture.

A Shower Cover, Not an All-Weather Guarantee
The attached cover can help shield the bouncing area from sunshine and a passing light shower. If brief rain begins, pause play and follow the operating instructions provided at delivery. Leaving the castle running in suitable conditions can help water drain away and shorten the drying time.
Before children return, use an old towel to dry the bouncing bed and entrance step. The step deserves particular attention because it can remain slippery after the rest of the castle appears dry.
Heavy rain or strong winds require the equipment to be taken out of use. Electrical connections should be protected with appropriate waterproof covers. If deflation is necessary, follow our instructions and cover the equipment properly to limit water entering its folds.
