Before booking, check the following:

- Required operating area: 14ft x 18ft
- Approximate inflatable height: 9ft 4in
The 14ft x 18ft area provides room for the entrance, safety mats, blower, inflation tube and anchoring equipment. It must be one clear, level space without furniture, planted borders, low branches or busy access routes.
Checking an Indoor Venue Properly
A ceiling stated to be 9ft 4in high does not automatically provide enough room for an inflatable of approximately the same height. Adequate clearance is needed above the bouncy castle, and beams, lights, heaters and decorations may reduce the usable height.
Measure to the lowest obstruction and confirm the complete 14ft x 18ft floor area. The delivery route into the hall should also be checked for narrow doors, steps and tight corners.

A Covered Option for Garden Parties
The A-frame roof provides shade during bright weather and limited protection from a brief light shower. The bouncy castle must still be taken out of use whenever its entrance or bouncing surface becomes wet or the weather is unsafe.
Outdoor installation requires a suitable level surface and the approved anchoring method. Tell us the correct surface type when completing the booking form.
Included With the Hire
The booking includes an electric blower, safety mats and stakes or other suitable anchoring equipment for the approved surface. Our team will deliver, erect and check the bouncy castle before handing it over.
An attendant is not included. A responsible adult must provide continuous supervision, manage user numbers and keep the entrance clear throughout the hire.
Important Information Before Booking
The electric blower needs a standard socket within 50 metres. A remote garden or field may require a compatible petrol blower or 6kva diesel generator at an additional cost.
