Plan a Complete Route, Not Just an Installation Space
An assault course affects the surrounding event layout differently from a standard castle. Children enter, work their way through, leave at the slide and then walk back towards the starting point. That return journey must be considered before delivery.
Create a clear walking route on the side opposite the blowers. This keeps returning users away from cables, ropes and inflation equipment. The route should not cut through queues, catering areas or the operating space of another attraction.
A practical layout includes:
- A supervised waiting point near the entrance
- An unobstructed course exit
- Clear safety mats at the bottom of the slide
- A return route away from blowers and ropes
- Additional room for anchoring equipment
Nobody should sit or play on the exit mats. Children must move away promptly so the next user has somewhere clear to finish.
The Slide Is the Finish Line, Not a Climbing Frame
The final slide gives the course a satisfying conclusion, but its side walls must never be climbed, sat upon or used as observation points. Users should descend in the normal position and leave the landing area before another child slides.
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable continuously. The supervisor should manage entry numbers, prevent rough behaviour and watch both the obstacle area and the slide exit rather than remaining in one position throughout the hire.
What Is Included With the Terminator Torment?
We supply the equipment required for an ordinary installation:
- Electric blower
- Safety mats
- Stakes where suitable for the booked surface
Our experienced team delivers the course, inflates and secures it, and performs the necessary safety inspection. The installation surface must be level, clean and free from sharp stones, rubbish and other objects that could damage the equipment.
Check the Electricity Before the Event
The electric blower must remain connected to a suitable mains socket. We provide extension cables where necessary, but the complete cable distance cannot exceed 50 metres.
For school fields, recreation grounds and other locations without nearby electricity, add the Diesel Generator – 6kva or Petrol Blowers to the order. Alternative power carries an additional charge and should be reserved before the delivery date.

Could the Torment Continue Overnight?
Overnight hire may be considered when the assault course will remain in a genuinely secure place. A locked private garden or suitable indoor venue may be acceptable, while an open field, public space or accessible front garden will not be.
Tell us about the proposed overnight location when booking. If it does not offer adequate security, the hire period may need to be changed.
Indoor Assault Course Hire Requires Accurate Measurements
Large inflatable courses require more than sufficient floor length. The building must also have adequate ceiling clearance and a suitable route through doors, corridors and access points.
Measure beneath the lowest beams, lights, heaters and decorations. If our team arrives and cannot install the Terminator Torment because the ceiling height was not checked, the full hire charge will remain payable. Please phone before booking if you are uncertain about the venue.
