All of our bouncy castles, inflatable slides, and inflatable assault courses come with the following equipment:

• Electric Blower
• Safety Mats
• Stakes , depending on the surface type

The bouncy castle blower will plug into a standard electric plug socket, usually from the house or garage. We'll supply an extension cable free of charge to cover any distance less than 50m. If the castle is being set up in a field or large garden with no nearby plug socket, you'll need to add a petrol blower or diesel generator on to your order. If there are any doubts, don't hesitate to give us a call or drop us an email.

Please make sure the area is free from rubbish, or any sharp stones that may damage the castle. Grass is an ideal surface, as it allows us to easily stake the castle down. We can also set up on flat tarmac, as long as there are no sharp stones. You'll need to indicate the surface type when booking the unit. Please note, we will not set up on a stony, uneven surface. If there are any doubts, speak to a member of our team via email or telephone, and we will assist.

The castle can be left inflated during light showers, as the shower cover will offer protection. Just make sure to cover any exposed plug sockets to prevent damage. You may wish to deflate the castle in heavy rain, but once the castle is deflated it will allow water in, and take a longer time to dry out. Covering it with a waterproof sheet can help. Once the rain stops, make sure to wipe off any surface water with an old towel, and take care on the steps. In heavy winds, the castle should be deflated immediately. If the castle is going indoors place check the celling height before booking, if you haven't checked the celling height and we arrive with the castle you will still have to pay for it as that is your responsibility.
