Q1 - Where does BCH operate?

BCH operates throughout Huddersfield, as well as parts of Wakefield and Halifax.

 

Q2 - How do I book a bouncy castle?

Step 1 - Use our navigation menu on the left hand side to choose a castle you would like

Step 2 - Check the availability of the castle on the desired date

Step 3 - Fill out the online booking form (payment is made on delivery, not online)

Drop off times are approximate. Please put on the form what time your party starts. You will receive an email to confirm the booking. If you need to cancel a booking, get in touch with us on 07944 487 578.

 

Q3 - What should I do if it rains?

We can't control the weather, but we understand you can't either. If there is heavy rain the night before or on the morning of the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a call from a member of our team to confirm whether the delivery will go ahead. If the rain is going to make the bouncy castle unsafe, we will be unable to deliver, and it won't cost you a penny. If you do decide to take delivery on a slightly rainy day, here is what we suggest. If it begins raining, you will need to cover the plugs with plastic bags, for safety reasons. We also recommend keeping the castle up. This allows water to run off easily, and will dry out very quickly when the rain stops. If the castle is taken down rain runs into it, making it very hard to dry. When the castle is inflated, it will dry off rapidly as air pushes the moisture from the castle. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and go over with an old towel if there is any standing water.

 

Q4 - Can you set up a bouncy castle indoors?

This will depend on the height of the ceiling, and the size of the room available. If you call 07944 487 578 and provide us with the dimensions, we can give you a range of the options? available. Q5 - Do I need a generator?

The bouncy castle blowers plug directly into an electric power supply. We will bring extension cables if needed, but no longer than 50m. If the event is in a field where there is no source of power, we can supply a generator at an additional cost, but you will need to order one when you order the castle. Q6 - Can I cancel my bouncy castle hire booking?

As long as you give us 24 hours notice, there is no fee for cancellation. You can cancel a booking by speaking to a member of our team on 07944 487 578. In the event of heavy rain we may cancel your booking due to safety reasons, and this will also be free of charge.

 

Q7 - Can adults use the bouncy castles?

Adults should not use the castles designed for children. However, we offer bouncy castles with tall walls and reinforced seams specifically designed for adults.

 

Q8 - Will you supervise the unit?
No. Once the set up is complete, the unit will be left in your hands. It is important that you follow the health & safety instructions discussed with you on delivery.

 

Q9 - What payment methods do you accept?
Payment should be made in cash to the driver on delivery

 

Q10 - What events can I hire a bouncy castle for?
Children's parties, adult parties, weddings, christenings, corporate events, local galas, charity fundraisers, freshers events at Huddersfield University, sports club events, and many other parties. We offer a wide range of bouncy castles, inflatable assault courses, and inflatable slides, providing options for both indoor and outdoor use.
