As with all of our bouncy castles, inflatable slides, and inflatable assault courses, the following equipment is included with the order:
- Electric Blower
- Safety Mats
- Stakes , depending on the surface type
The bouncy castle blowers should plug directly into a standard electric power supply, usually from the house or garage. This can be done with the use of extension cables, which we can provide for distances less than 50m. If the nearest plug socket is over 50m away, we recommend either a petrol blower or diesel generator, both can be booked through our website.
The bouncy castle will need to be set up on a stable and even surface, please make sure there are no sharp stones nearby. We are unable to set the castle up on loose stones as this will cause damage, grass and tarmac are better options.
If it starts raining slightly while using the inflatable, it is often better to leave it up. This will allow the rain to run off the castle, drying it out quicker when the rain stops. Make sure to go over the steps with an old towel to remove any water, and take care when bouncing. If the rain is heavy, it may be better to deflate the unit. If you can cover it with a tarpaulin sheet this will stop it from getting waterlogged, allowing it to dry out quicker. Make sure to cover any plug sockets with plastic bags to prevent damage. If the wind becomes strong, deflate the castle immediately until the weather calms down. If the castle is going indoors place check the celling height before booking, if you haven't checked the celling height and we arrive with the castle you will still have to pay for it as that is your responsibility.
